故障現象 The fault phenomenon:

因為它們同屬于動力總線上的系統,通過網關聯系在一起,共同分享動力總線上的信息,總線上任何一部分出現故障,在別的系統上就會根據預先設定的程序記錄故障信息。由此初步判斷,制動電子系統和電子助力轉向系統故障的出現是因為發動機故障引起的,于是,著重檢查發動機的故障。由發動機故障碼,懷疑問題在點火線圈或者其線路上。
啟動發動機,怠速運轉大約10分鐘就出現發動機嚴重抖動,ASR燈亮,發動機熄火。重新啟動,發動機又可以正常運轉,用VAG5052讀取發動機數據流第14組,此時數據都正常。四個缸沒有失火現象。當故障現象再次出現時出現失火記憶。由此判斷故障點在點火線圈,點火線圈線路,或發動機控制單元上。

拆下二次空氣泵,拔下點火線圈的插頭,檢查插頭內沒有銹蝕,用萬用表測量點火線圈的四根線,T4/2有12V正電,T4/4對地通。T4/1 , T4/3到發動機電腦J361的T121/112,T121/113連接正常。拆下點火線圈,發現點火線圈的底部有裂紋,于是更換點火線圈,重新試車,故障沒有出現。到此問題似乎解決了,但過了不久,故障再次出現!而且發動機無法啟動了

點火線圈的二號針腳接的是從J363(SIMOS控制單元供電繼電器)經過SB14保險絲過來的12V正電; 第一和第三針腳接的是J361(發動機控制單元)的控制端,其中一號腳控制一四缸的點火,三號腳控制的是二三缸的點火。就是說,發動機正常工作時,當一缸在壓縮上止點時,J361會斷開一號腳的接地,從而在一四缸的次級線圈產生感應電壓,點燃一缸混合氣,一缸作功。測量一三腳到J361線路,正常。參照電路圖可以看出:點火線圈的接地線也是曲軸箱通風加熱電阻N79的搭鐵線,N79的一號針腳接的是從J519(中央電器控制單元)經過SC29保險絲過來的12V正電。微信公眾號 汽修技術服務 試想,如果642搭鐵點搭鐵不良,J519的正電會經過N79直接和點火線圈的四號針腳相連,這樣點火線圈的初級回路就被阻斷,造成無法點火,發動機控制單元J361會記錄點火線圈對正極短路故障。檢查642搭鐵線,在發動機空氣濾清器下面,發現642搭鐵點的固定螺母已經松動。清理搭鐵點,重新固定好,換上新的點火線圈。為了驗證故障點,清除故障碼,啟動發動機,人為斷開642搭鐵點,故障出現,證明故障點就在642搭鐵線松動。

Check the 642 for the iron wire, under the engine air filter, find that the fixed nut of 642 iron point has been loosened. Cleaning up the iron point , reattach and replace with a new ignition coil. In order to verify the failure point, remove the fault code, start the engine, and manually disconnect 642 to the iron point, the fault occurs, and the fault point is found to be loose in 642.
